Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Prosesh uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone to keep your recipes safe.
How do my recipes get to my other devices?
Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device and install Prosesh. Recipes sync on their own, usually within a minute. If one hasn’t appeared, open the app on both devices while connected to the internet.
My recipes aren’t syncing.
Check that you’re signed in to iCloud (Settings → your name), that iCloud has storage left, and that you’re online. Your recipes are always saved on the iPhone first, so nothing is lost while it catches up.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your recipes are in your private iCloud. Sign in to iCloud on the new iPhone, install Prosesh, and they come back.
What is a run?
A run is one time you made a recipe. Add a run to record how it went, how many you made, anything you changed, and photos of the result.
What does “Update recipe” do?
If you changed a setting during a run and it worked, “Update recipe” saves that change into the recipe, so it’s right next time. You can undo it from the run’s page.
How does a recipe become Proven?
A recipe earns its Proven seal after two runs that worked.
How many photos can I add?
Up to three on a recipe, and up to three on each run. The first photo on a recipe is the one shown in your library.
Which crafts does it cover?
Embroidery and heat press (including HTV and DTF) today. More are planned.
How do I delete everything?
Profile → “Delete app data”. This removes your recipes, runs and machines from every device signed in to your iCloud, and it can’t be undone.
Privacy
Your recipes stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. We can’t see them. Read the privacy policy.
